New Fourm signs

Hey today I figured out how to get the sign like this

now obv. this is only avalible for staff but here are some things it will say

just plain old icons (some are 4 and some are 5 icons) they will be the same icons as me and "admin" got.

some say moderatore some say co admin some say admin some say webmaster some say spammer some say flooder

All staff that did not get this and would like to pick one of there ranks (note if your a mod all you can choose from is flooder spammer or moderator obv.) but i can put them in for you.

Also this is liams decision for what he wants to do with it because he could just make you pay for it and we can make are own design for you its his choice just though you would like to know.

Tell me how to do it, I wantz Moderator.
